Reduced Winter Rates in effect December 1, 2015 to March 1, 2016

On holiday weekends, the regular room rates will be in effect:
New Year's Weekend 12/31/15 to 1/3/16
MLK, Jr. Weekend 1/15/16 to 1/18/16
President's Weekend 2/12/16 to 2/15/16

Rates range from $125-$185 depending on the room* Rates include free off-street parking on the premises** and a full breakfast. All the rooms have phones, cable tv, VCR, alarm clocks, hair dryers, fine linens, plush towels and terry cloth robes. Guests can access  free wireless. A computer station is also set up for guests to use who are not traveling with their personal laptop.  The station also has a printer.

Reservations may be made over the phone or by using our online booking engine. A credit card will be needed to confirm the reservation. To Check Availability and book online, click on the link provided.

* Online reservations can not be accepted fewer than 2 days before your check-in date. For these last-minute reservations, we would be happy to take your reservation by phone.
** All rates and furnishings are subject to change;
Peak season rates April 15 thru June 1; Winter rates Dec 1 thru February 26.
*** Parking is not guaranteed; it is on a first come first serve basis.
Unmetered street parking is also available.

The Second Floor

Victorian Suite: $175 ($135 until February 26)
Once the master bedroom of the house, this room is our most romantic with a queen sized canopy bed draped in white lace, an elegantly carved armoire, rotating library cabinet, and electric fireplace. A floral wallpaper graces the walls and oriental rugs cover the floors. In 1901 a large bathroom and glassed in sitting area was added. This enclosed porch is a great little reading and conversation nook.  The bathroom still has the original soaking tub with shower and a large 4-legged sink. Tower Room: $170 ($131.25 until February 26)
The turret windows and working gas fireplace fill this room with warmth and elegance. It has a queen-sized brass bed, oak armoire and dresser, and marble top washstand along with a Victorian parlor set upholstered in green velvet. There is a sink en suite and a private water closet with toilet and shower. View

Garden Room:>$150 ($116.25 until February 26)
Aptly named as this room overlooks the gardens in the side yard. It has a high backed Victorian full sized bed, mahogany armoire with mirrors, a comfortable Queen Ann chair and tapestried rocker. The private attached bathroom has a shower and is wallpapered in a floral print to match the room. View

East Room: $130 ($101.25 until February 26)
A striking full-sized antique brass bed sits at an angle to complement the corner decorative tiled fireplace. Set in front of the fireplace is a comfortable reading chair. An old RCA Victrola, oak armoire and dresser complete this room. There is a sink in the room, the bathroom is down the hall, shared with the South Room. View

South Room: $125 ($101.25 until February 26)
Two twin antique brass beds sit on both sides of a magnificent mirrored fruitwood armoire. A Civil War era sofa, Eastlake style tall mirrored dresser, barrister cabinet, drop leaf table with chair, and even an antique bird cage make this room a treasure chest of antiques. This room shares the adjacent hall bathroom with the East Room. View

The Third Floor

Blue Willow Room: $170 ($131.25 until February 26)
An antique wrought iron table with chairs set in the turret makes it hard to resist sitting still for a moment to gaze out the windows through the delicate white lace. The lady and gentlemen's chair adorning the fireplace also bids one to take time to sit back in style. This room has a queen-sized bed, a hope chest and uniquely styled armoire. There is an attached bathroom with shower. The sink is located in an alcove of the room. A large collection of imported blue and white plates fills the walls with fascinating scenes; it all started with grandma's Blue Willow dishes.  View

Country Willow Room: $165 ($127.50 until February 26)
This room is home to a collection of country Victorian antiques that you might find in grandma?s attic. There is a grand four poster queen sized bed, an oak armoire and dresser, an ornate rocker, lots of quilts and everyone?s favorite?an upholstered chaise lounge. The attached bathroom with shower is tiled in white marble. View

Regent Room: $170-185 ($131.25/146.25 until February 26)
This spacious, sunlit room has two twin sized beds, rich hardwood floors, and a big, comfortable leather sofa. There is also a large flatscreen television to enjoy as you relax in your room. An optional rollaway bed can be provided to accommodate a third person. This room has a private attached bathroom with shower. View

Library: $150 ($116.25 until February 26)
Along with lots of books, this room has an upholstered sofa and platform rocker on which to relax and read. A walnut dresser and a full-sized brass bed make this room cozy and comforting. The walls are decorated with a leafy burgandy and cream print which is also found on the pillows and down comforter.  An attached bathroom with shower is tiled in white marble.View

Egan Room: $140 ($108.75 until February 26)
This room is named for the doctor's family who first resided in  the house back in the late 1800's and early 1900's. It is wallpapered in a classic blue and white toile print and furnished with a wrought iron full-sized bed, pine armoire, dresser and comfortable chair. There is a sink found with in the room in the closet.  From the hallway you enter a full bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower.  This bath is only for use by guests of the Egan Room. View
